The boxed breakfast is satisfactory, I really enjoyed it. The hotel has very pleasant staff. The place has particularly good and decent location to the shopping center.

The restaurant was good for dinner, we ordered hot dishes. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Its favourable, central location was a plus. Visited few places in the center, relatively close to the hotel.

We didn't have room service.

Everything was simply perfect. We appreciated the hotel, it was modern and bright and had marvellous location near walking/sightseeing, several resto which is convenient and the `` common areas ''. The breakfast was nice and the parking was nearby. The staff was extremely accommodating and very pleasant and provided friendly service...

The hotel was modern, the room was decent sized and well-appointed, had essentials for a comfortable stay. The room with a view of the constructionsite. The restaurant was good and offered hot dishes.

Its location was central, really close to Jardin de la Vache Noire. An electric kettle and a fridge in my a double room were a very thoughtful addition.

We booked this GORGEOUS hotel because of its marvellous location right by a large shopping centre, cinema etc, plenty of restaurants. The lunch in Quick Sushi minutes from the venue had every choice imaginable.

Our stay at Courtyard was enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean. We were pleased with the helpfulness of the reception staff who assisted us with the Wi-Fi. The dinner at the hotel exceeded our expectations with a delicious sautéed salmon option. We appreciated the convenience of the location, as it was close to the La Place RER station. we would recommend this hotel for a business trip or leisure stay in Paris.

The staff and amenities were very good. The courtyard Paris Arcueil was one of the only places that was available at our time of travel that offered value for money package. With the metro train service located nearby we found it easy and not as hassled as being in the city.

Parking for taxis is difficult.

As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious and clean rooms, the helpful and friendly staff, and the convenient location near the RER B station. The water kettle in the room was a bonus for tea lovers like us. The hotel is also located across from a mall, making it easily accessible to various essentials.

Beautiful 4 star hotel with big rooms that offer everything you might need. Easy access (just 3 minutes walk) to the rer train that takes you to the centre in 10 minutes and to both airports. Large shopping mall just accross the street.

In my opinion it is unacceptable that a hotel like that doesn't offer free internet and instead charges outrageous amount for the use of it.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of this place was perfect for me as it was right opposite La Vache Noir mall, which was so convenient for any shopping needs I had. Not only that, but I also loved the fact that there was a supermarket right beside the hotel where I could easily grab any essentials I needed.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

quite good location and value for money.

the soft service was not to the level of its hard service. eg. after room cleaning, they normally forgot to put a complete set of towls, cups used are not cleaned but simply put back.... basically house keeping is quite poor.
